General notice and mandatory information

Attikon GVG Versicherungs-Vermittlung GmbH is committed to maximum protection of your data and rights. We regularly train all our employees in security and data protection issues to ensure responsible handling of your data and rights.

We provide encrypted mail systems for secure communication. However, if you contact us by unencrypted e-mail, we will not send an encrypted reply to ensure that you can read it.

We do not forward any data to countries outside the scope of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). However, in order to create the desired offers for you, we must forward data to insurers. In doing so, however, we take care to use secure communication channels. Of course, we will measure the scope of the forwarded data as it is absolutely necessary for an optimal offer preparation.

Should you wish to delete all information stored about you, we are able to do so at short notice. For this purpose, there are directories where which data (digital or analog) is located. We also keep records of the insurers to whom we have passed on data for the purpose of preparing offers. Thus, we can also request these insurers to delete the data.

Information transmitted via the contact form, including your contact data, will be stored in order to process your inquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent. However, if you have asked us in your inquiry for a specific offer for an insurance solution, we must forward the information necessary for this to selected insurers.
